Chris Brown recently got a tatoo of a battered and bruised woman on his neck and while there has been a lot of backlash, he claims it’s just “art”.
The tatoo has been likened to Rihanna’s bruised and bloodied face after she was assaulted back in 2009 by Chris.
In his defense, Chris tweeted: “I’m an artist and this is art. Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).”
