Evelyn Lozada Is Certain Her Marriage to Chad Cannot Be Repaired, Despite Tattoo

Evelyn Lozada and Chad – formerly “Ochocinco’ – Johnson’s marriage has been everything but a fairytale.

Following Johnson’s arrest on Aug. 11 for allegedly head-butting Lozada, the former NFL player displayed on Tuesday his new tattoo of his estranged wife’s face on his right leg.

When a fan on Twitter asked the ex Miami Dolphin referenced his new ink job and Lozada’s divorce filing, Johnson wrote back, “Divorce? Child please… that’s my WIFE.”

But even though Johnson may be pulling out all of the stops to salvage his marriage, Lozada is more than convinced their union is long over.

“You can’t repair this,” the Basketball Wives star told People. “Not right now. We just can’t.”

After the alleged incident, Lozada received stitches for her head-butting injury, while Johnson spent the night behind bars after being arrested for domestic battery.

Their scheduled reality show starring the newly married couple, Ev and Ocho, was immediately canned by VH1, and Johnson’s contract with the Miami Dolphins was terminated following his arrest.

Even though Lozada still admits she still loves her spouse of 41 days, she doesn’t see any sort of future with Johnson.

“This is something you should never tolerate,” says Lozada, who hopes to inspire victims of domestic abuse to get help. “I don’t care what the situation is – or who the man is.”
