AUTHOR: SheiFunmiGA Authorities Investigate Man That Hit Usher’s Step Son
Reports have emerged that the man who was driving the jet ski that hit Usher’s step son, Kyle Glover is a family friend and is under investigation by the Georgia authorities.
The Daily News reports that Jeffrey S. Hubbard has been identified as the man who was operating the watercraft that ran over eleven-year-old Kyle Glover and a 15-year-old girl in Georgia’s Lake Lanier last Friday. This is the third accident at the lake in the pass 30 days, something needs to be looked into at the lake….
A spokesperson for the Georgia department of Natural Resources told the paper that the jet ski had hit Kyle and a 15 year old girl while they were in an inner tube but Kyle bore a major brunt of the hit. Also, they say Alcohol was not a factor and they believe the plane had no mechanical malfunction.
Although Tameka and Usher are in court fighting for the custody of their boys, sources say people are beginning to have a change of heart and focus on what is important which is “Family.”
Usher who is in a delicate state due to the relationship he shared with the boy is said to be by the side of Tameka and Kyle at the hospital.
“He loved Kyle. This is a terrible, awful tragedy. Usher is torn up.”
“Tameka and Usher don’t get along, but in this circumstance Usher is coming to her side. Usher practically raised Kyle as his own. He’s known him for seven years. It is so sad what happened,” the US Weekly reports.
