Gaga Dedicates Song To Her Sick Grandfather

The “Bad Romance” songstress performed in Nottingham, England to a packed house, donning a variety of crazy stage outfits as she sang through her hit-filled set list.

During the show, GaGa got a bit emotional, telling the crowd she was worried about her ailing grandfather and dedicating the song “Speechless” to him.

She announced, “If we all sing loud enough, maybe he can hear us!” before breaking down in tears halfway through the song.
