This series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ could get a whole lot more interesting as rumours have started that Cheryl Cole could be reuniting with her Girls Aloud bandmates for a performance on the show!
Kimberly Walsh is a contestant on the current series but it sounds like her bandmates could be joining her on the dancefloor.
The reunion would mark the first time that the girls have performed together as a band since 2009, but it would also be seen as a major victory for the show which is in a ratings war with Cheryl’s former show ‘The X Factor.’
‘It’s an amazing slap in the face for Simon Cowell and proves that Cheryl really wants Strictly to beat her old show,’ a source told the Daily Star.
It had previously been reported that Cheryl was due to appear on the show in November, where she would perform her forthcoming solo single ‘Screw You’. Fingers crossed this could turn into a group performance!
Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley enjoyed a girls night out on Sunday (October 7) as they were spotted partying at London’s Whisky Mist club following Chezza’s O2 show.
