Bobbi Kristina Brown has dispelled the rumors of her engagement to Nick Gordon.
Although the late pop star’s only daughter has been sporting a big ring, the 19-year-old has no plans of walking down the aisle with 22-year-old adopted brother/boyfriend, Nick Gordon.
She just wears the ring so she can always have something to remember mom Whitney Houston by. Bobbi Kristina’s rep has confirmed to people.com that the couple are not engaged.
Well, it made for good gossip while it lasted.
The relationship, however is still very much in swing, in spite of the disapproval of many, including her grandmother who has referred to the relationship as “incestuous” (even though there’s no actual blood relation).
But come on. When you lose someone close to you, you need someone to console you. Some emotional support. A shoulder to lean on. And what better shoulder than one that has been with you for years? Although, this definitely isn’t the kind of publicity one needs so soon after burying a loved one.
