Jennifer Lopez Quit American Idol Because Of Boyfriend, Casper Smart

It is no news that Jennifer Lopez has relinquished her role as a judge on American Idol and has been replaced by Mariah Carey but what is, are her reasons for quitting.

Apparently, reports state that she had to leave because she had little time to spend with her 4 year old twin boys, Max and Emme as well as her demanding music career.

Casper Smart who doubles as her boyfriend and backup singer is also reported to be a reason as she wasn’t happy she had to have dinner late at night with him whenever she wanted to and this was also affecting her diet.

”Jen always puts her men first and Casper is no exception,” a source told Heat magazine.

“They’ve been talking about marriage and babies and Jen wanted time to plan both with him. He’s even been looking after the kids.”

The source also claims Jennifer does not want to mess her relationship with Casper up.

”Her heart rules and she’s desperate not to lose Casper.”
