AUTHOR: SheiKim Kardashian & Kris Humphries Divorce Trial To Air Live On TV?
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ divorce trial may shown to the public as reports say it may air live on TV.
After getting married in a lavish wedding ceremony in last year August, the couple announced their divorce just 72 days later. Kim has received an intense amount of backlash with people claiming that she married the New Jersey Nets player to earn millions of dollars from tabloids and endorsements.
The Kardashian family attorney Vikki Zeigler has told Hollywoodlife that both parties family members may have to testify to insist that the marriage was not a fraud and the trial could be aired on TV.
“There are no divorce settlement talks going on,” a source from Kris’ side told the website. “Kim had no intention to stay married to him and she just got married to make money. He and his team wouldn’t go forward if they didn’t believe that they could prove this [in court.]“
If all goes right, the trial could be aired at the end of summer on TV because California has an “open policy” on popular cases but the only way Kim can avoid a public trial is if she agrees to a financial settlement for Kris or agree to his annulment request.
