LL Cool J Is The Host Of 2012 Grammy Awards!

Announcing an official host for the first time in nearly a decade, the 2012 Grammy Awards have named legendary rapper LL Cool J to helm the live broadcast next month.

The two-time Grammy Award winning artist has hosted the event’s live nominations concert every year since 2008, but this is the first time LL will take shift his duties to the big show itself

“I’m thrilled to be part of Music’s Biggest Night. I will always have fond memories of my first Grammy Awards and to now be hosting the Grammy show, in the company of so many other incredible artists, is a dream come true,” LL said in a statement.

The awards set to air February 12 on CBS at 8 p.m. ET/PT, the 54th Grammy Awards will feature performances by Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj, etc.
