Jeffery .S. Hubbard, the man who was responsible for hitting Tameka Foster’s son, Kyle Glover, with a Jet Ski. May have serious charges drafted against him after the 11 year old boy died over the weekend.
After the hit, Kyle was diagnosed brain dead but the family decided to keep him on the life machine hoping for a miracle but was taken off it, on Saturday, after the doctors proclaimed he will not recover.
However, TMZ reports that TMZ, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division will continue investigations and will “take into account” Kile’s death when they make the recommendation to the District Attorney.
Uh-oh.
