One Direction’s Niall Horan Says He Hasn’t Washed His Face Since Katy Perry’s VMAs Kiss

Niall Horan had two dreams come true last month when not only did One Direction pick up three gongs at the VMAs but Katy Perry also gave him a cheeky kiss. Apparently the moment was so cherished that Niall hasn’t washed his face since!

The Irish charmer got a snog from his crush Katy after she presented the boys with an award at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards. Niall was obviously very enamoured, joking to Australian radio show hosts Kyle and Jackie O:

“Katy Perry had lovely purple lipstick on and I still haven’t washed it off to be fair!”

Despite enjoying some Twitter flirting with the US pop star afterwards, Niall says the band is careful about what they write online “We know not to overstep the mark online!” Niall explained. “It’s common sense, you don’t have to be a genius to figure it out.”

Katy hasn’t been the only lady to disappoint Niall, the One Directioner has also been let down by his other crush Demi Lovato. He recently admitted to the Mirror that the band’s travelling puts a dampener on him finding romance.

“Travelling around the world and all the promo that we do – it doesn’t leave time for a girlfriend. It really doesn’t. Demi is really cool and we’re really good friends.”
