It has been confirmed that Kara DioGuardi’s work with “American Idol” is officially over.
With Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres exiting from American Idol, Kara told, “I felt like I won the lottery when I joined American Idol two years ago, but I feel like now is the best time to leave Idol.”
Kara adds, “I am very proud to have been associated with American Idol — it has truly been an amazing experience.”
“American Idol” executive producer Simon Fuller said, “I will miss having her on the show, but I look forward to working with her in music for many years to come.”

Off for promotional duties, Eva Longoria was spotted Making a trip out of LAX Airport in Los Angeles, California on Friday night.
The starlet looked lovely as she shared a laugh with terminal staffers before jetting off to land in London, England on Saturday afternoon.
Longoria is going to London to promote her new fragrance called EVA For Woman by Eva Longoria.
She wrote on her Facebook page, “Hey London! I’m coming to launch my perfume this Saturday at The Perfume Shop, Westfield- London. Whose coming???”
She wrote again, correcting her error as far as the in-store appearance date, Eva wrote, “Whoops! Sorry London, I meant Sunday. Come out to the Westfield- London, The Perfume Shop at 2:30pm on SUNDAY!!! I love London!”

Unwilling to cave into an absurd push-up challenge, Taylor Lautner has ended up reaching an amicable agreement in regards to his lawsuit against an RV dealer.
Stemming from a snafu in which the “Twilight” hunk’s customized trailer wasn’t delivered by the expected date of June 21, Lautner has accepted a charitable donation to call off legal proceedings against McMahon’s RV.
Talking to Us magazine, Lautner’s attorney Robert Barta said, “McMahon’s RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon’s RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children’s charity with which he has a long-standing relationship.”
Barta continued, “The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.?”
As for claims that Taylor was suing over emotional distress, insiders tell TMZ that this just wasn’t the case – it was about holding McMahon’s accountable for their unacceptable business practices.
“This was never a suit about money. It was to hold someone accountable,” TMZ’s source tells. “Taylor never ordered a customized RV — it was a used RV which needed simple safety-related repairs. There was never any diva behavior. ‘Emotional distress’ is an automatic checked box on a fraudulent claim.

Aside dealing with her cocaine possession charges, Paris Hilton has other things to worry about.
Paris was fined $160,000 by US District Judge Federico Moreno for breach of contract with Worldwide Entertainment Group.
The plaintiffs were actually suing Hilton for $1 million for failing to do promotional duties as outlined in her contract for the movie “Pledge This!”
Paris isn’t being ordered to pay everything but $160, 000 is pretty much.

Cheryl Cole is now officially divorced from her now ex-husband “Ashley Cole”.
There were loads of negotiations and paperwork over the course of the process, it all ended in a 60 second pronouncement from the judge, who cited Ashley’s “unreasonable behavior” as the reason for the split.
District Judge Chris Simmons gave Cheryl a decree nisi, with a decree absolute in the next six weeks.
