It wasn’t all jolly and well like old times when Tom Cruise who recently topped the forbes list of highest paid actors released on tuesday, turned 50 years old. Unlike before, he probably would have had a private dinner with his family (Wife and Child) but it wasn’t the case this time as they were absent.
Katie Holmes, soon to be ex-wife of the actor, filed for divorce and sought sole custody of their daughter, Suri. As media explains her actions as probably a result of fear of “scientology” jargons that Tom has been up to lately.
Tom had planned to go hiking in Iceland with his family but in the wake of the divorce, things went rather differently.
But that did not stop a host of other celebrities in wishing the stunts man a happy birthday on twitter.

Harish of Cruise’s hit “Mission: Impossible” film series wrote, “Wishing him a wonderful life ahead and wishing for MI-50″.
Syvia wrote, “Happy B-day wonderful man of my dreams, Always with u since I was a teen. Now I’m 42… Happy b-day Tom!”
