Usher has gained primary custody of his two sons at the end of an emotional and bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster.
The singer has been battling back and forth in court with his ex wife, Tameka for months in a bid to remove the joint custody settlement and claim majority responsibility of their two young sons, Usher Raymond V and Daviyd Ely.
TMZ states that the court awarded Usher primary custody of the boys meaning they will spend the majority of their time with the singer, leaving Tameka with few visitation rights.
The case saw both parties hurl wild accusations at one another, including Tameka alleging Usher used drugs in front of their children and was too busy with his career to take care of them; while Usher branded Tameka “incapable of parenting” and “emotionally unstable”.
