AUTHOR: SheiFunmiWoman Is Sueing Justin Bieber For Damaging Her Ear During Concert
A woman named Stacey Wilson Bettes, claimed she took her daughter to a Justin Bieber concert in Portland Oregon and while there, suffered an ear condition called tinnitus, which leaves a constant noise in your ears.
Digitalspy.co.uk reports that the court filing against Bieber reads: “The heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola lifting Bieber above the crowd created a wave-like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena.”
Stacey also claimed Bieber worsened the noise level by enticing the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.
Bieber, the concert promoter and his record label are reportedly being sued for $9.23 million (£5.96 million) in damages.
